Each portrait experience requires a bit of dreaming, a touch of planning, and a little education about what we as artists create.
1. Portrait Consultation
At S. Kelly Photography, we begin your portrait experience with the end in mind. During your Portrait Design Consultation, we will discuss your personal style and choose the perfect location. We will also take a studio tour so you can get a closer look at all of our custom wall portraits and help you envision where these portraits will hang in your home. Using photos of your walls and state-of-the-art software, Kris will help you create your perfect wall portrait collection.
We help you choose the perfect outfits. You will leave your Portrait Design Consultation with an idea of what you would like everyone to wear, which is always an important step. Kris will help you choose colors, styles, and textures that fit your personality and the colors in your home. Together, you will finalize your outfit selections at least one week before your session, so there’s plenty of time for last-minute changes.
2. Your Portrait Session
Your big day is finally here! You will arrive confident knowing it has been planned perfectly. We understand how stressful it can be to keep everyone organized and looking their best for the session. No worries, all you have to do sit back and relax and let Scott work his magic behind the camera in his calm and professional way.
3. View + Order
A week or two after your portrait session, you will return to the studio for your Ordering Appointment with Kris. Your portraits will be presented on the big screen, and you will see your S. Kelly Photography design plan come to life. Kris will have wall and album designs ready for you based on what you discussed at your Portrait Design Consultation. Your complete order will be placed at this appointment.
We take care of the rest! Once your order is placed, Scott takes special care to retouch your images and expertly create the perfect portraits. These will be delivered on time in 4-8 weeks. Whether we’re creating wall collections or fine art albums, we take the time to design what best suits the images you have chosen
4. Delivery
After investing in the most beautiful portraits you have ever had created, the final step is the installation. We will deliver and install them on the wall for you, spaced and balanced to perfection. All that’s left to do now is stand back and enjoy the view.
